Update common-html.xls to use lz.embed.{swf, dhtml}(..)
Update deploy-preface.dbk to use the modern version for live examples,
cf. comment in common-html.xls about "lzx-embednew"
Tests:

load "/trunk/docs/deployers/deployers.preface.html" and verify example loads
