Summary: UPDATED: Fix exception trying to resize window to a percentage value
Release Notes: lzz.embed.lfc() is no longer required to load the lfc, if the
lfcurl and serverroot attributes are specified when calling lz.embed.dhtml().
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8627 - height width 100% is not working in SOLO mode, LPP-9049
- Allow lz.embed.lfc() and lz.embed.dhtml() calls to be combined

Details: Updated to include _jp HTML wrappers.
html-response* - Remove unused code.
embed-body* - Call lz.embed.resizeWindow() width string values, use lfcurl,
serverroot args instead of separate call to lz.embed.lfc().
embednew - Update lz.embed.resizeWindow() to deal with string values - formerly
handled by XSLT. Add optional lfcurl, serverroot args to lz.embed.dhtml()
which automatically load the LFC if specified and needed.
Tests: Calendar and other apps resize like before, my-apps/copy-of-hello.lzx no
longer warns.
