Details: Conditionalize the hack for Safari 5 as it's not needed anymore. I
couldn't figure out the correct webkit version # for when the fix went in...
Tests: Recompiling the dev console works fine,
examples/components/component_sampler.lzx?lzr=dhtml is fine
