Summary: Fix iframe loading, async callbacks in swf
Bugs Fixed: LPP-9272 - HTML SWF: onload event does not fire correctly.

Details: Add timeout to ensure __setiframeid() callbacks occur in the expected
order. Correct quoting of asyncCallback arg.
Tests: Testcase from LPP-9272 and examples/extensions/rte.lzx run as expected
in swf8 and swf10
