Details: embed-body* - Hide splash as soon as the preloader reaches 100%.
embednew - Remove extra lzt=object in lz.embed.dhtml() call, noticed in passing.
Tests: The Flash preloader reflects actual load status, instead of hanging
around after 100% of the app is loaded. DHTML apps work like before.
