Details: Change __pathdrawn to track the length of the path so we don't have to
update it all the time. Use direct call instead of Function.apply() in
LzCanvasGradient. Move try/catch in addColorStop() inside $debug block for
speed. Add AS3 type infor to args.
Tests: test/drawing/drawing.lzx runs like before across all runtimes.
