Details: LzSprite - Tweak paddingTop/Bottom for inputtext to match flash 10.
If we're running in Safari/webkit, tweak paddingLeft/Right for multiline
inputtext.
LzTextSprite - Return actual width/height so LzInputTextSprite can size its
clickable sprite correctly.
Tests: test/lztest/lztest-textheight.lzx?lzr=dhtml visually matches swf10 more
closely for inputtexts. Firebug shows clickable divs for inputtexts are the
correct size. Otherwise the same.
