The SOLO deploy utility was not always stripping out the absolute lps path
prefix, due to a redundant "/" in the path being passed
Tests:
[1] deploy contactslist example app as a SOLO DHTML app, using the SOLO button
on the dev console
http://localhost:8080/trunk3/examples/contactlist/contactlist.lzx?lzoptions=runtime%28dhtml%29%2Cproxied%28true%29
[2] unzip the .wgt file and inspect the index.html file, it should have no
absolute pathnames in the src field for
scripts or image resources; they should all be relative to "lps/"
