Details: common-html - Add link to edit examples in dhtml.
rte - Correct markup that was breaking the doc parser
selectionmanager - Attempt to resolve doc warnings.
editor - Use LZHttpUtils.getLzOption() API to get lzr arg. Default to
Tests: All doc pages show swf10 for the edit link, dhtml for the 'edit in
dhtml' link. docs/reference/lz.rte.html and docs/reference/lz.rte.html looks
better, has fewer warnings at doc creation time.
