Services -> lz.Eventable, that class should go into the "Scripting"
section. And docs/src/reference/preface.dbk needs to updated to reflect
the current changes. Otherwise this looks good!

1) <contextmenu> and <contextmenuitem> moved into "Menus and Commands".
2) move <splash> and <splash_view> into "View Basics", remove <drawview>
from "Components.
3) Move <dataselectionmanager> from "Data" to "Menus and Commands"

5) lz.CSSStyleSheet in "Scripting" -> I don't think anybody is
interested in that class, people only want info about the <stylesheet>
tag (which is currently missing!). I'd make all lz.CSSStyle* classes
private.
