Details: drawshadowfocus - Use a shared animator for shadowfocus, skip
animation for null highlightcolor.
gradientfill - Use a shared animator for gradient transitions.
scrollstepbutton, inputtext/draw - Always call drawfocus().
basepanel - Make default highlightcolor null.
drawborderfocus - Use shared animator for focus animation. Skip animation for
null highlightcolor.
Tests: demos/house.lzx shows highlight/focus shadows like before. Removing the
highlight-color CSS from house.lzx removes the highlight/focus shadows.
