(There is still a warning issued if an attribute has a style binding, but there is neither an applicable CSS style rule specifying the binding property nor a default value for the attribute.) Details: LzCSSStyle: Remove warning from explicit call. It is only needed in the implicit (inlined) call when style-binding an attribute.
