Summary: Fix warnings in button, optimize button group

Details: library - Don't set valign to '', use 'top' instead (the default).
buttongroup - Avoid setting corner radii until the button group is initted.
house - Allow users to scale the viewport.
Tests: No more warnings for button, buttongroups start up faster, pinch to zoom
works in house.lzx on iOS/Android.
