In input text sprite, do not call deselect() when mouseup happens

Note: this does not address LPP-9673 [OL 5.0.x - DHTML - SAF5.0/Chrome 8 - 
keyboardandmouse - The onmouseupoutside of "inputtext" doesn't work]
which is refererred to as blocking this bug in the bug report
