Details:
    
+ for lzc (Main.java) do not enable any caches

+ ObjectWriter: if no media cache exists, call media transcoder directly


Tests:

compile some applications using lzc, verify no temp files are being created in 
cache directories
(either in java.io.tmpdir or in WEB-INF/lps/work)
