Summary: remove references to swf8 from explorer, examples and demos
Bugs Fixed: LPP-9696 (Launching Lzpix, and then clicking on a text link
gives an error --"Error: No LFC library was found at
/Applications/OpenLaszlo Server
5.0.x/Server/lps-5.0.x/lps/includes/lfc/LFC8.lzl for compilation
options: runtime=swf8, debug=false, backtrace=false, p")

Overview:
The LFC is no longer built for swf8 by default, therefore we should also
remove the ui-controls to start applications in swf8 mode from the
laszlo-explorer, demos and examples.
Details:
reference/langref.xml:
- change <switch> example to use $swf10 instead of $swf8
- update stale links to reference pages
developers/programs/unless.lzx:
- change example to use $swf10 instead of $swf8
extensions/printer.lzx:
- comments should be closed with "-->" instead of "--->"
incubator/uploader/fileupload.lzx and multiplefileupload.lzx:
- change $swf8 to $swf10
- change the descriptions to be less Flash version-centric
laszlo-explorer/nav.xml and nav_dhtml.xml:
- remove Flash 8 entries from laszlo-explorer menu
laszlo-explorer/build.xml:
- don't build swf8 version of laszlo-explorer
lzpix/app.lzx:
- change swf8 to swf10
lzproject/build.xml:
- build swf10 instead of swf8 version of lzproject
lzproject/LZProject.lzx:
- change swf8 to swf10
coverpages:
- remove "Flash 8" buttons
other html files:
- use "swf10" as the default runtime instead of "swf8"
