Technical Reviewer: [email protected] (pending) QA Reviewer: [email protected] (pending) Details: <formatter> is the LZX reflection of the LFC LzFormatter mixin, we have to declare it so the doc tool will know it's name, but remove it from the LFC schema because it is actually implemented as a component mixin.
