LzXMLParser:
- IE9 supports DOMParser natively, the extra error checking is no longer
necessary
LzSprite:
- "ie_alpha_image_loader" quirk is no longer needed for IE9, verified by
running the component sampler as described in LPP-3352
- "resize2dcanvas" quirk is no longer needed for IE9, IE9 supports HTML5
canvas natively, but the quirk is only necessary for excanvas
