Details:
Fix Andre's issues from LPP-9811.
Fix dozens of DocBook problems.
Fix many typographical, capitalization, format, and grammar problems.
Chapter 2. Language Preliminaries: remove section 8: On Runtimes and
Deployment Modes and the "Core" API, which was a duplicate of
the section of the same name in the Preface. Add link instead.
Chapter 23. Fonts: add id to section Default Fonts so we can link to it.
