Details:
These libraries were needed back in the days when the sources were
compiled against Java1.3 (regexp support was added in Java1.4). We now
require at least Java5 (or Java6 -> LPP-9792?), so we can safely use the
built-in regexp library. This change won't get rid of any jars, in fact
the 3rd party regexp libraries are actually included in the other 3rd
party jars:
- org.apache.regexp is shipped with xalan.jar (but only the copy in
$LZ_VENDOR_ROOT, not the one in 3rd-party/jars/dev!)
- org.apache.oro is shipped with velocity-dep-1.4-flex.jar
