added code to LzTLFTextField to emulate the old flash TextField.setTextFormat
behavior
Details:
LzTLFTextField: added setTextFormat and getTextFormat methods. they translate
between
old TextFormat struct and the new Adobe TLF TextLayoutFormat class. I managed
to discover the right methods on the EditManager 'interaction manager' which
support applying format to a range of characters.
Tests:
test/tlf/setformat demonstrates applying some format to the selection range of a
bidi text view.
