Summary: Add Debug.showClickDivs to help debugging LPP-9888

Bugs Fixed: LPP-9888 SWF10 app embedded in DHTML app <html> element no 
longer gets focus on Firefox (debugging support)

Details:
    Debug.showClickDivs will outline the (visible/active) clickdivs
    with a dashed red outline
