Summary: fix markup for example code in reference
Bugs Fixed: LPP-9898 (LZX is rendered in a single line instead of
breaking at the edge of the code box), LPP-9900 (the instance value of
'myattr' is the same as the class value, so the reader learns nothing
about the effect of instance value)

Details:
- Placed the example code in a CDATA block and reformatted it, so it
gets pretty printed.
- Changed the initial attribute value in the <attribute> example, so
it's less confusing for the user which value is set
