Overview:
The fix for LPP-9668 (r19146) included removing the definition for
__xoffset and __yoffset in LzView. Without these lines a number of CSS
errors get reported when running demos that try to locate a view
relative to another view.
These variables are used in the boxmodel mixin, but I can't see it used
anywhere else.
Revert the changes made to LaszloView.lzs.
I am checking this code in.
