I updated to 19223 and rebuilt. The hanging issue still exists. It
doesn't appear to be any better or worse than before. I also played
around with my context menu test app and the misplaced mouseovers are
greately reduced. I still see them intermittently but I'm not sure what
causes them now.

I expect it to fix the 'misplaced' mouseovers, have no idea if it will
help the freezeups.
I don't think the right edge issue will be affected.
