- modify the output from canvas.versionInfoString() somewhat, as
indicated in LPP-10010.
- preserve all parts of version information in SWF, instead of
just 'major.minor'.
Tests:
Run Debug.versionInfo() in debugger and eyeball output under
various browser/runtime combinations
