- Removed some dead code.
- Modified timing in pre/post focus trap
- Bind to unload events to destroy resources
- Added setBothStyles() to set the style of both the iframe and div
- Improve performance of setPosition by caching settings and returning
when no changes are found. This is commented out until I can do some
more testing.
Tests:
focustest (see LPP-9997) runs fine.
