Overview:
For swf9, view.setSource(...) uses a private function getFileType() to
determine the file type. Fixed that function to work with arbitrary
URLs, thanks to the lz.URL class.

Tested using test case in LPS-10044.
Verified that smokecheck pass with DHTML, SWF
