When the embedded code determines that flash needs to be upgraded, a
user method flashUpgradeRequired() will be called if it exists. This can
be used by the wrapper code to hide elements that might obscure the
flash upgrade dialogs.
Tests:
See test file in LPP-9982. I tested it by:
- remove flash from Firefox
- Install flash player 8 for Firefox
- Run the test file. This loads the component sampler. An alert box
should popup to indicate that flashUpgradeRequired() has been run.
