Details:
To resolve an issue fetching relative urls (in Safari), I modified the
url. When the modified url is returned, it does not match the original
setting. I modified the code to return the original url.
Tests:
smokecheck runs in dhtml and swf without errors. The test in lpp-10057
runs fine.
