Overview:
When shift-tabbing between html or rte components and other lzx components, the shift-state is lost. To resolve this in swf9, the shift-state is saved in the kernel. In LzKeys.gotKeyDown(), the shift-state is used to modify the dkhash and dkeys. 

Note: This change addresses swf10, but the issue may exist in dhtml.
