IE8 and earlier generates an error when explore-nav.lzx tells the
embedded html component to window.focus(). I conditionalized this call
so it does not run in IE. This should be revisited after we have full
IE9+ support.
I rearranged the meta tags slightly in index.html so make sure that the
IE8 emulation is taking effect. I also found that wmode=transparent was
not getting set if explor-nav.lzx is called directly. I added lzwmode as
a query parameter for swf10.
Tests:
laszlo-explorer runs in IE7+ without errors.
