Overview:
I improved the computation for the location and size of the iframe when
the window is zoomed. I changed the resolution to 3 decimal places and I
round the result. This reduces the amount of movement in the html
window.
This does not address the reports of "nonstop flicker issue". I have not
seen this issue but I suspect it is caused by the update frequency.
