The original implementation of the rte editor used a span element to
trap focus when someone tabs off of the rte editor. This was only used
in swf. I enabled it to swf (and fixed a bug in html.lzx). I modified
the blur behavior of LzInputText to mimic what LzKeys does when a tab
key is found.
