LzFontManager did not have an upper limit defined for the cache. I
defined it as 50, but you can override it using the setMaxCacheSize()
method. This is dhtml only behavior.
Tests:
See test file in jira. If you run the updated version you will no longer
see the heap grow if you leave the application running.
