this doc is outdated. Since 3.0, datapaths will respect the value of their view's visible field. If it's null (default) the datapath will control the view's visibility. If it's set to true or false, it won't change it: http://www.openlaszlo.org/lps-latest/docs/reference/view.html#attr-visible
