Yes - the IDEforLaszlo is only valid for 3.1x releases. When 3.2 releases, the IDEforLaszlo will need to be recompiled to work with the new version of OpenLaszlo. This work hasn't happened yet, though.
There are instructions on the http://www.eclipse.org/laszlo web pages about building the IDEforLaszlo and upgrading it to run with a new version of OpenLaszlo. We'd love to have someone in the community do this and contribute the builds (for both JDK 1.4 and JDK 1.5). If anyone has an interest in doing this...
