This is well-known, but unfortunately not be any of the people who  
are likely to be online today. The flash player can only read one  
type of image; all images in another format are transcoded by the LPS  
server. To run solo, then, all resources must be in the one format  
supported by the flash player, which I think is JPEG. Try saving your  
image as JPEG and PNG, and loading it into your app; one of those  
three formats should work, and I think it's JPEG.
