I've just installed the latest version of Firefox (version 2.0) on my Windows XP box. I opened an OpenLaszlo application that I've written and have been using for some time without any problems. However, when I run the application under Firefox 2.0, I have a problem with my edittext fields. When I click in the field, I don't see a cursor. I can type and my characters appear, I can select, etc. but a cursor never shows up. This behavior does not happen when I run the app with Firefox 1.5, Opera, IE 7, etc. Unfortunately a simple test of an edittext field does not exhibit the erroneous behavior, so there is something about the way my app is constructed/launched which seems to be causing the problem. My question is whether or not other people have noticed a similar problem and if there is something I can fix to get my cursor to appear?
When I get a chance, I'll try to pare my code down to see if I can get it to fail on a smaller code base, but until then if anyone else has an application that exhibits this behavior, please let me know.
