It was really helpful. If I compare it with Flex IDE , there can be lot done for improving it - but it has its own huge cost, but its definitely lot better then bindows. But a visual IDE has lot more features then drag and drop and properties for elements. Our findings are 1. The plugin crashes frequently - causing eclipse to close 2. The plugin is heavy ( it was causing problem on our machines 3.2 GHz with 1 GM ram atleast ) 3. The plugin provided no additional benefit apart from a listing of user interface control. We used XMLBuddy and I believe it was a much better option.
