Hi there & Happy Eastern!
The HREF tag allows for different parameters, e.g. 'target=_blank'
which opens a new netscape window instead of switching the current one
to the new destination. Is there a way to control this with
\htmladdnormallink (or the like), similar to the optional parameters
with the IMAGE tag?
