Hello, I'm getting into trouble when I try to compile ifacsam.tex (+ifacsam.bib) http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/nonfree/macros/latex/contrib/ifacmtg/ on the recent TeXLive-2005 TUG distribution.
Compilation fails with error messages during the .bbl file compilation. This seems due to html.sty which comes with latex2html. If I replace it by an empty file, there are no more errors. It worked on the preceding distribution TeXLive-2004, and when I compare the loaded files, I get: ifacmtg.cls 2002/04/18, 3.2ModD: IFAC meeting theorem.sty 1995/11/23 v2.2c Theorem extension package (FMi) thp.sty 1995/11/23 v2.2c Theorem extension package (FMi) newlfont.sty 1998/08/17 v2.2m Standard LaTeX package latexsym.sty 1998/08/17 v2.2e Standard LaTeX package (lasy symbols) ulasy.fd 1998/08/17 v2.2e LaTeX symbol font definitions harvard.sty ifthen.sty 2001/05/26 v1.1c Standard LaTeX ifthen package (DPC) html.sty 1999/07/19 v1.38 hypertext commands for latex2html (nd, hws, rr m) hyperref.sty 2003/11/30 v6.74m Hypertext links for LaTeX keyval.sty 1999/03/16 v1.13 key=value parser (DPC) pd1enc.def 2003/11/30 v6.74m Hyperref: PDFDocEncoding definition (HO) hyperref.cfg 2002/06/06 v1.2 hyperref configuration of TeXLive url.sty 2005/06/27 ver 3.2 Verb mode for urls, etc. hdvips.def 2003/11/30 v6.74m Hyperref driver for dvips pdfmark.def 2003/11/30 v6.74m Hyperref definitions for pdfmark specials nameref.sty 2003/12/03 v2.21 Cross-referencing by name of section with TeXLive-2205, and *File List* ifacmtg.cls 2002/04/18, 3.2ModD: IFAC meeting theorem.sty 1995/11/23 v2.2c Theorem extension package (FMi) thp.sty 1995/11/23 v2.2c Theorem extension package (FMi) newlfont.sty 1998/08/17 v2.2m Standard LaTeX package latexsym.sty 1998/08/17 v2.2e Standard LaTeX package (lasy symbols) ulasy.fd 1998/08/17 v2.2e LaTeX symbol font definitions harvard.sty ifthen.sty 2001/05/26 v1.1c Standard LaTeX ifthen package (DPC) html.sty 1999/07/19 v1.38 hypertext commands for latex2html (nd, hws, rr m) All extension come with TeXLive, but html.sty. I suspected url.sty, as I use the 3.2 version coming with TeXLive instead of version 1.4 coming with latex2html, but this doesn't make any change. 1,2c1,2 < % url.sty ver 3.2 27-Jun-2005 Donald Arseneau [EMAIL PROTECTED] < % Copyright 1996-2005 Donald Arseneau, Vancouver, Canada. --- > % url.sty ver 1.4 02-Mar-1999 Donald Arseneau [EMAIL PROTECTED] > % Copyright 1996-1999 Donald Arseneau, Vancouver, Canada. AThis seems also related to the harvard.sty file, as all is right with natbib. This example is quite particular, but I would not like users of harvard.sty to get errors with documents which used to be flawless with earlier versions of TeXLive. ny clue about this ?
