I'm also trying to get href to work in my
PDF output. If you figured yours out - could you please help
me?
Here is my preamble:

\hypersetup{colorlinks,% citecolor=black,% filecolor=black,% linkcolor=bblack,% urlcolor=black,% } And here is my code within the bibliography
section (I just want the url to be linked properly...

andtype2diabetes link! It is just
missing.
Do you have any advice for me?
