Don't forget music notation (LilyPond, based on MusiXTeX)! - And
according to my experience typesetting using (La)TeX provides results
that are essentially better than others also in "simple" text
environments such as Arabic-Latin bilingual texts, where ArabTeX is a
superior tool.
