*Guy, I absolutely do not allow cross posting to or from my groups. Cross posting is when someone takes a post someone else posts to one group, then forwards it to a different group (90% of the time making it look like their own posts). This does not mean the original poster is sending it to more then one group -- it effectively means someones time and effort has been stolen.
If you do feel the need to share others efforts - get their permission first, and make note of it on the post, do not take credit for the time, effort and sometimes expense that others have put into searching for material and sharing their efforts. Members who steal posts from any of my groups and send them on to others will be banned.
