Upcoming changes to the infrastructure:
* The breadcrumb will be moving below the context heading. It is
currently above the branding heading
* IRootContext will the interface used to identify the object that
the provides the branding.
* fmt:location_heading will become branding_heading
Proposed changes
* The 'top-portlet' CSS class does not work if a shared portlet is
in more than one location. The class is used to like 'portlet'
but does not have a top border property. We should introduce
'top' which can used in a wrapping div or on the same div to
indicate that the portlet is the top one and does not have a
border. This change requires an update to over 60 templates. It
would be used in two ways.
* <div class="top"><div class="portlet"/></div>
* <div class="top portlet"/>
[1] The application that makes this requires devpad access, but the
information should be public.
