Thanks to hard work from Tom Haddon, the buildbot master is now in the
data center (slaves are still created as needed in EC2).
The new address is https://lpbuildbot.canonical.com/ .
I have stopped the old master. I will make an AMI of the old master
for data analysis tomorrow, and then shut off the instance.
