I have no idea how this > would work in practice, but maybe worth an experiment. A bit like Martin, I think it's possible that discussion via email might actually work out better. Maybe the launchpad-dev list would even be suitable for most of the discussion, perhaps with a [tech] tag that indicates that members of this team are somewhat obliged to take a special interest in these mails?
