In case you haven't seen it yet: http://gnomejournal.org/article/96/canonical-upgrading-gnome-bugzilla-and-commercial-sponsorship "Canonical, Upgrading GNOME Bugzilla, and Commercial Sponsorship" by Sumana Harihareswara
It's an article about how the GNOME Foundation and Canonical worked together to upgrade GNOME's Bugzilla and give it APIs so Launchpad could talk to it (so Ubuntu can track GNOME bugs easily without GNOME developers having to change their working habits). She tells the story in some technical detail, but also in social/business detail -- I found it a great read, even already knowing the basic outlines from before. Enjoy! -Karl _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-dev Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-dev More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
