As some of you already know, the weekly Production Meeting we used to have on IRC with me or Diogo and the QA contacts was cancelled. I believe we all agree that the meeting wasn't really useful - apart from the LOSAs and DBA reports - and we couldn't find a format to make it better. We also realized that the OOPS problems we used to deal in the meeting were actually handled by the team leaders, so the QA contact role didn't work as we thought it could. Given that, the QA contact role was extinguished in favor of having one of us, QA people, joining the TLs call on Wednesday. Former QA contacts now only have to care about their own QA. :) We should send the LOSAs and DBA reports to Launchpad list in a weekly basis. That's it!
